SVION Energy offers free standard shipping for SOK battery orders delivered to valid addresses within the contiguous United States.
Free U.S. Shipping
- Free FedEx Ground shipping.
- Estimated transit time: approximately 3–10 business days after shipment.
- Tracking information is emailed after the carrier receives the order.
- Delivery timing depends on inventory, order processing, destination, weather, and carrier conditions.
Order Processing and Availability
Products may ship from a U.S. warehouse or an authorized fulfillment partner. If inventory or carrier conditions affect the expected delivery date, SVION Energy will contact the customer with an updated estimate.
Lithium Battery Delivery
Lithium batteries require ground transportation and special carrier handling. A correct and complete delivery address is required. Customers may ask about FedEx Hold at Location service, but not every FedEx location accepts lithium batteries.
Delivery Area
Online orders require a valid U.S. shipping address. International shipping is not currently available. Contact SVION Energy before ordering if you need delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. territory, or another location outside the contiguous United States.
Damage, Loss or Address Problems
Inspect the package promptly. Report visible damage, a missing shipment, or an incorrect item to SVION Energy as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and provide photographs when available.
