SOK Battery Warranty

Last updated: August 30, 2026

The SOK SK12V314PH, SK24V150PH and SK48V100N batteries sold by SVION Energy include the manufacturer’s transferable 7-year limited warranty, beginning on the original purchase date.

What the Limited Warranty Covers

Under normal use and maintenance, SOK may repair or replace an eligible battery that proves defective because of materials or workmanship. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished. A replacement assumes the remaining original warranty or one year from replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Important Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover shipping costs or damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, undersized cabling, loose connections, unsuitable chargers or inverters, improper maintenance, collision, water, fire, freezing, extreme temperatures, unauthorized modification, opening or tampering, theft, or loss.

Using an oversized inverter/charger or a system that is not correctly designed for high-demand loads may also affect warranty eligibility. Professional system design and installation are strongly recommended.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

  • Contact SVION Energy with your order number, battery model and serial number.
  • Describe the issue and include photographs, voltage readings, BMS screenshots, and system information when available.
  • Do not ship the battery until return authorization and instructions are provided.
  • The customer is responsible for warranty shipping unless otherwise approved in writing.

Installation Support

Battery purchase does not include installation. SVION Energy can review system voltage, charging equipment, wiring, protection and inverter compatibility before installation. See Battery Installation.
